Education and Experience

Dr. Brian Paterson attended dental school at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (formally UMDNJ) where he was elected into OKU, the national dental honor society. He then continued his education in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

During his residency, he was able to complete his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine as well as an internship in general surgery. He provides care in all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery with advanced experience in comprehensive reconstruction and bone grafting, dental implants, as well as orthognathic surgery, and maxillofacial trauma. Dr. Paterson is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. He is also an  attending at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
